If I do not take your insurance, you may be able to see me still by using your Out-of-Network benefits. Davis-Smith Mental Health will provide you with a billing invoice (Superbill) that has the information needed for your insurance company to consider reimbursement.
Cash rates for counseling services if you do not elect or cannot use in-network or out-of-network services. By paying cash there is no diagnosis or set amount of counseling services for your son or daughter on file. This can be decided in session instead of by the insurance company.
